Terms of Service

INTerms ("INTerms", "we", "us") operates the website and application at interms.pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This is the most important clause on this page, so please read it.

INTerms generates documents from templates and the information you supply. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Our templates are general starting points; they are not drafted for your jurisdiction, your industry or your specific situation, and employment and contract law differs significantly between countries and between states or governorates.

You are responsible for reviewing every document before you use it, and for deciding whether it is appropriate and enforceable where you are. For anything with real consequences — terminations, non-competes, equity, disputes, cross-border hiring — have a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction review the document first.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your password safe and tell us promptly at hello@mahmoudomar.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

• INTerms is currently sold as a single one-time payment of $29, which unlocks unlimited document generation on your account. There is no recurring subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added at checkout where applicable.
• Promo codes are one per account, non-transferable and have no cash value.
• If we change our pricing or introduce paid plans in future, the change will not retroactively affect a purchase you have already made.

If INTerms does not work as described, email hello@mahmoudomar.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; because the Service is delivered immediately, by purchasing you ask us to begin straight away and acknowledge that a refund may be reduced in proportion to the use already made of it. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as bulk generation followed by a refund request.

• You own the documents you create and the information you put into them. We claim no ownership over your content and we do not use it to train models or for any purpose beyond running the Service for you.
• You grant us only the permission needed to host, store and display your content back to you.
• We own the Service itself — the software, the interface, the branding and the underlying templates. You may use the documents you generate for your own business or personal purposes, including commercially. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our template library as a competing product or template collection.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including creating documents intended to mislead someone about their rights;
• enter another person's information without a lawful reason to do so;
• attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• scrape, copy or bulk-extract our templates;
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties as if it were your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

We work to keep INTerms available and correct, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your documents.

To the fullest extent the law allows, INTerms is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. In particular, and given clause 2, we are not liable for the legal adequacy, validity or enforceability of any document you generate, or for any outcome of using one.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, from content you enter, or from your use of a generated document.

You may stop using INTerms and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@mahmoudomar.com. We may terminate or suspend your access for a material breach of these terms. Clauses 2, 6, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use INTerms after a change means you accept the updated terms.
